## Ingredients

- 1 Cup of fresh Pineapple
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 to 2 cupfuls of Aloe Concentrate
- 250 ml of ice water.

## Method

1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Sit back and enjoy
