# Aloe Juice Recipe - Garden Green

Not many people have taken cucumber juice before; do you know that this vegetable is an excellent source of magnesium and is a good toxin flusher highly suitable the prevention of kidney and bladder stones. Give yourself a good toxin clearing flush today. Together with Aloe concentrate, it makes up a power duo!

## Ingredients

- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Apple

## Method

1. Juice of 1 Lemon
2. 2 capfuls of Aloe Concentrate
3. Cut Cucumber and Apple into pieces
4. 150 ml of Apple juice
5. 100 ml of ice water
6. Place ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth
7. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
