- 1 green apple (5oz or 150g)
- 1 orange (5oz or 150g)
- 3 mid sized carrots (220g or 8 ounce)
- 2 tbsp. of aloe vera juice

## 2. Aloe Vera Lemonade with Ginger and Orange

If you are living in the tropics or during summer time, there is nothing more pleasing than treating yourself to a glass of refreshing iced lemonade at the end of the day. Add in some Aloe Vera chunks and your treat is complete.

- 1/2 cup fresh Aloe Vera gel chunks
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 lemon (squeezed
- 3 tablespoons Agave syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh Ginger (juice
- Splash of orange (squeezed)

## 3. Aloe Vera Juice With Honey, Orange and Banana

- 3 oranges
- 2 stems of fresh Aloe Vera (or you can buy those ready made aloe vera cubes)
- 1 banana (optional)

## 4. Aloe Vera Juice with Chia Seeds, Orange and Cucumber

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh or organic aloe vera ( we recommend this aloe juice)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 medium-size cucumber, unpeeled

## 5. Fruity Aloe Smoothie Aloe Vera Recipe

- 1 small Apple
- 1 small Banana
- 2 Pears
- 1 juiced Orange
- 4 tablespoons of Honey
- 1 to 2 cupfuls of Herbalife Aloe Concentrate
- 2 tablespoons of Herbalife F1 Vanilla
- Add 1 scoop of Herbalife Active Fiber
- 250 ml of ice water
- Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
